Old Swan Band

The traditional rhythms of Morris and English country dancing are the foundation for British group the Old Swan Band. In the more than a quarter of a century that the band has been together, they've continued to set the pace for English country dance music. As of 1995, the members of the Old Swan Band were Fi Fraser (fiddle), Paul Burgess (fiddle, recorder), Floss Headford (fiddle), Martin Brinsford (percussion), Jo Freya (saxophone, whistle), Neil Gledhill (bass saxophone), Johnny Adams (trombone), and Heather Viger (piano). ~ Craig Harris, All Music Guide
